Was founded on april 10, 1993 with the initial registered capital of THB 50M. it engages in the business of real estate project development for single-detached houses, townhouses and condominium in bangkok metropolitan region and potential provinces.

The investments are also expanded to foreign countries such as India. On April 27, 2005, the Company converted itself into a public limited company and entered into the first trading in Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on December 6, 2005 under the ticker “PS”. On November 30, 2016, the Company revoked from being listed security in SET.
