The Company prioritizes and follows the principles of Good Corporate Governance based on international standards, in compliance with the policy of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the principles of ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ASEAN CG Scorecard). The Company has established "The Principles of Good Corporate Governance" in order to ensure the ethical conduct of its business.
